Creating a positive atmosphere is key. I want you to feel free to laugh, to be in the moment and embrace all the wonderful little things that make you, you! As your story-teller, I will gently guide you to ensure every little detail is thoughtfully captured on your special day. Whether you’re camera-shy or you’re really excited about your photos, your creative vision, your story and your positive experience are of the utmost importance to me.

MEET YOUR photographer

SADHBH

I was born in Cork, Ireland. I am a proud Gaeilgeoir, Irish speaker. My name is pronounced “Sive like five”. Photography is how I express who I am. I spent a few years solo-travelling in Canada, Cuba, Mexico, Hawaii and Europe. I photographed everything. Portraiture, bold fashion choices and in-between moments initially drew me to the medium. Fuelled by an almond croissant and a flat white, I would wander the streets of a new city, an art gallery or a quirky coffee shop, creating little visual feasts. Studying Photography in Cork was a really exciting chapter of my life! The creative, reflective and social elements of Photography fill my cup with feel-good energy. After graduating I started my wedding photography career on the other side of the world in Aotearoa, New Zealand! After 4 years I decided it was time to move my business home to West Cork, Ireland.

The most moving compliment I ever received was from my mom. Leaving for New Zealand she said to me in Irish “tá fuinneamh ionat” which means you have energy at your core. Prepare yourself for a good dose of positive energy!

I love seeing your vision board, hearing your story and listening to your ideas (no matter how crazy)! I work with you in a calm, realistic and upbeat way. I am happy to work with second shooters, videographers and content creators. Your best interests are always at heart!
03/ PHOTOGRAPHY GRADUATE

I am a Photography Graduate of St. John’s College, Cork. I developed a love for photo-journalism, portraiture and the darkroom during my studies. We live in a world that is consumed by beauty. Learning to stop and consider Photography and explore it in a reflective way was a life-changing experience. I carry this philosophy into my personal and professional work as a Photographer.
